You can kill anyone in the Animus without affecting your Synchronization once you have beat the game.

Unlockable: Unlimited Eagle Vision
Type: Unlockable

Once you have beat the game, you will unlock unlimited use of Eagle Vision while inside the Animus. Your Synchronization does not prevent you from using it so you have access to it at all times.

Hint: Vidic's Access Pen
Type: Hint

Sneak up behind Dr. Vidic and steal his pen by pressing any button before you start Memory Block 3. Doing this will let you access his e-mails and the computer.
