Using your cell phone, dial (267)-555-0150. This will allow you to add stars to Niko’s wanted level.

Entering (362)-555-0100 in the cell phone will provide Niko with fresh armor and also refill his health.

You will be able to build Boom Bait, Blunderbuss ammo, Undead Bait and Phosphorus Coating free of cost if you beat Undead Nightmare with a 100% rating.

If you want to find some cheats yourself, you can. Look at the end of each newspaper, and at the bottom you will find a box with a phrase in it. Enter this phrase exactly as it appears in the “Cheats” menu to activate the cheat. The Cheats menu can be found under “Options”.

Go to the “codes” menu which is located under Features > Extras. Once there the following codes can be entered.

• vcteam - VC Squad unlocks.
• Payrespect - ABA Ball will be unlocked.
• 2kchina - Will unlock the 2K China Team.

In the game, calling 911 and hanging up once they pick up allows you to restart your battered and damaged car – which would otherwise not start at all.

You can scare the cab driver by pointing your gun out of the back window after breaking it. Do this near your destination and it will make the driver run away. You will get where you need to be and you will not need to pay anything for it.

Create a traffic jam near any ATM so it prevents the ambulances from getting to your victim. Now wait for anyone to withdraw some cash from it. Once they do, take em’ out – take their money and run a short distance. You can now return to get money from your victim repeatedly.
