After jacking a fire truck, you can use the water cannon on the truck to shoot at people while you are driving around. To use the water cannon simply press the fire button.

Get dropped off on top of the Statue of Happiness by a helicopter. Ignore the sign that tells you there is no hidden content and go inside the statue to find a beating heart.

• Packie - Once your friendship level with him reaches 75%, you can call him to have him make you a car bomb. Packie likes drinking, bowling, playing billiard, playing darts, going to shows and strip clubs.
• Brucie - Once your friendship level with him reaches 70%, you can have him send you a helicopter by calling him. Brucie likes drinking, bowling, eating, boating, riding in helicopters, going to shows and strip clubs.
• Dwayne - Once your friendship level with him reaches 60%, making a phone call to him will have him send you a a car full of gang members that follow and help you. He likes drinking, bowling, eating, going to shows and strip clubs.

Completing various tasks in the game gains you a certain percentage towards 100% completion. Below is a break down of what each individual component is worth.

• 2% - Gained for stealing all 30 cars.
• 2.5% - Gained for killing all 30 wanted people.
• 2.5% - Gained by completing all of the 50 stunt jumps.
• 2.5% - Gained once all 200 pigeons are eliminated.
• 2.5% - Gained after all 20 vigilante crimes are completed.
• 5% - Gained by finding all random characters and completing their missions.
• 5% - Gained by winning all activities and mini games.
• 10% - Gained once you have acquired and performed each of your friend's special abilities.
• 68% - Gained after all 90 Story & Procedural Mission are completed.

Create a traffic jam near any ATM so it prevents the ambulances from getting to your victim. Now wait for anyone to withdraw some cash from it. Once they do, take em' out - take their money and run a short distance. You can now return to get money from your victim repeatedly.

You can scare the cab driver by pointing your gun out of the back window after breaking it. Do this near your destination and it will make the driver run away. You will get where you need to be and you will not need to pay anything for it.

You can cause a lot of destruction and mayhem with a Fire Truck. Once it begins to fall apart and catches fire, you can rescue the truck by using its own water to put the fire out.

In the game, calling 911 and hanging up once they pick up allows you to restart your battered and damaged car - which would otherwise not start at all.
